Starsoneck is the Assistant Director for the Center for Women and Children at Helping Up Mission in Baltimore, Maryland. She has spent over ten years in ministry in the community, especially in the challenges of homelessness, food insecurity, housing, and addiction. She has an adopted daughter, Addy.
